Reflectivo is a private journaling application for daily writing, mood tracking, and personal reflection.

We collect and process only the data required to provide account access, core journaling functionality, support, and service security.

Data Accessed from Google

When you choose Sign in with Google, Reflectivo accesses only the Google account data required for authentication: your Google account email address, basic profile identifier, and basic profile name/avatar (if available).

Reflectivo does not request access to Gmail content, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, contacts, or other sensitive Google user data.

Data We Store

We store account profile information, authentication identifiers, journal content you submit (text, images, audio, tags, mood values), and operational security logs required to protect the service.

How We Use Data

We use your data to: (1) authenticate your account and prevent unauthorized access, (2) provide journaling and coaching features, (3) show user-requested analytics and summaries, (4) operate subscriptions and billing workflows, and (5) provide customer support and platform security.

Google user data accessed for Sign in with Google is used only for authentication, account linking, and account security. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Data Sharing and Visibility Controls

Journal content remains private by default. If coaching features are enabled, users explicitly control which entries are shared with a coach.

We share data with infrastructure providers only as needed to host and secure the service (for example, cloud hosting, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing).

Data Storage and Retention

User data is stored on secure infrastructure with access controls. We retain data while your account is active or as required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and security obligations.

User Rights and Deletion

You may request account deletion and associated data removal through Reflectivo support. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for security and fraud prevention.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
